Order Processing

Online order processing time is 72 hours in order to account for weekends, holidays, and orders placed after business hours.  Most orders ship same day or within 24 hours.   

For expedited online order processing, please call after placing your order to find out if we can ship same day.

 

Shipping

*USPS IS EXPERIENCING LONGER THAN USUAL TRANSIT TIMES*

At time of shipping, the calculated shipping amount may be higher than what was originally estimated.  If this is the case, we will contact you for the additional amount due.  Estimates can vary due to final box size and weight.

The transit time begins after our standard order processing time.  Transit times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.  Please note that once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for carrier delays. 

 

Domestic (2-10 Days):

UPS: Most west coast locations are 1 to 3 days, and most east coast transit times are between 4 and 5 days.  We have labeled domestic shipping between 2-10 days to account for any delays that are out of our control or the mail carrier's control.

USPS: Average transit time is 1 to 3 days; resources and tracking are limited.

International (3-10 Days):

UPS: Average transit times are 3 business days plus customs clearance and logistics once item has arrived at the destination country.  

USPS: Average transit times are 10 business days plus customs clearance and logistics once item has arrived at the destination country.

 

ISP West is not responsible for any duties due, VAT, or other fees at time of collection. 

ISP West is not responsible when door to door service is not available or when receiver must go to local office to collect parcel/item.

 

Returns

No returns or refunds after 30 days.  All sales are final after 30 days.  All returns, including cores, must have copy of original invoice. 

A 20% restocking fee may apply on returns.  No refunds on any returned items that are damaged, have been installed, or in any condition other than the original condition of the product.  No returns or exchanges on electrical parts or upholstery items.  

No restocking fee on returns for store credit or exchange.

All used part sales are final; no exchange, return, or warranty will be offered or recognized by ISP West.

If you prefer we generate a return label, please ask and we'll gladly issue a return label for your convenience, which the cost will be deducted from your refund total.

 

Inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt.  Please contact us if anything is missing or incorrect.  Damage claims must be made with carrier immediately.  If you have not received the correct number of packages with your order, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.  If you receive a package with the incorrect number of items, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of items.

ISP West is not responsible for any return or exchange attempts made outside of the 30 day window from time of purchase.

ISP West is not responsible for any product or item that has been incorrectly installed.  We will not accept any returns on products that have been installed or damaged during installation.  If you have an issue with a product or item during installation, please contact us.
