New Type 3 wiring harness fitting RHD 1961-1969 carbureted Type 3 models. This wiring harness for Right Hand Drive (RHD) models, works with 6-volt and 12-volt electrical systems. If your Type 3 is a European model, or has had some electrical upgrades done to it, some modifications will be required. This wiring harness includes the major components; some miscellaneous wires will be required.
This harness will also fit late models but it does not have as many wires for grounds and for 1970 to 1973 specific equipment. Some of the wire lengths and colors are not exact as the 1970-73 models and you'll have to make or re use under dash wires if not included.
