Earlier this week we added both the early and late shift rod cover seals to our Type 3 catalog.  The early seal (P/N: 311705257) fits 1961 to 1966 (to Ch. 316107734).  The late seal (P/N: 311705257A) fits late 1966 to 1973 (from Ch. 316107135).  Both are made in the USA and available now.  

With these two shift rod cover seals, we now have all the various bushings and seals needed to fit the body, front beam, sub-frame, and various covers and plates to the pan.  All brand new.  I still have memories of cleaning old bushings so that they could be resold as "good used."  Now, we can offer all of these brand new individually or in kit form.  It's unbelievably cool to see all this stuff available new.
