EMPI Dual 40K Manifold Kit for Single Port Engines

These cast aluminum intake manifolds allow the installation of dual EMPI 40K or Kadron style carburetors on single-port cylinder heads.

EMPI engineers utilized SolidWorks CAD with 3D scanning and 3D printing to design and prototype these manifolds.

Extensive on-engine testing ensured a precise fit and optimal airflow.

These manifolds provide the increased performance benefits of dual carburetors on single-port-equipped engines.

The manifolds are made from A356 cast aluminum rather than the welded steel manifolds currently available.

The cast aluminum construction provides an OE appearance while also reducing weight.

EMPI Dual 40K manifolds are offset, meaning each manifold mirrors the other.

This eliminates the need for dedicated left and right side manifolds for trouble-free installation.

• Buna-N oil/fuel resistant hose
